In 2000, John Maas Builder Ltd. was recognized with the Eastern Ontario Builder of the Year Award by the Ontario New Home Warranty Program in the small-volume category. This ranks us at the top of approximately 300 other companies. It also places us among the best of the best from over 5,000 builders in Ontario.
In order to be considered for the Ernest Assaly Builder Award, we underwent a rigorous screening process to determine their eligibility. Each builder had to fulfill the following criteria:
- have an excellent rating for after-sales service for five or more consecutive years,
- have no chargeable conciliations against them,
- have no settled claims for poor or absent service against them, and
- they had to have built at least 10 homes for five years in a row.
The next step of the process allowed the adjudicators of the program to randomly survey past customers, interview local building officials and carry out site inspections. The key, though, is their customer satisfaction. This is where John Maas Builder Ltd. shines.
We are known for never missing a closing date and deep customer satisfaction.
